Roles and Responsibilities
Department - Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA)

Job Objective:
The key objective of this position is to provide support and resolution to the various Stakeholders of MCA, National CSR Exchange Portal, Compliance Monitoring System and CDM Data Dissemination.

Responsibilities:
The CSR Executive shall report to the Helpdesk supervisor \xe2\x80\x93 with the following responsibilities:
  • Provide Support and resolution to various stakeholders.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers
  • Walk the customer through the problem-solving process
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
  • Record events and problems and their resolution in logs
  • Follow-up and update end users\xe2\x80\x99 status and information
  • Pass on any feedback or suggestions by customers to the appropriate internal team
  • Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures
  • Assist system and data analysis team in all Data Quality Management activities.
  • Data Validation and Verification


Education:
  • Graduate


Skills & Experience:

  • Professional experience in providing support over phone and email.
  • A genuine desire to help customers resolve issues.
  • The ability to multitask and apply yourself to multiple on-going matters with different clients.
  • Experience working with both small and large business clients.
  • Unwavering commitment to quality of customer experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • The ability to work autonomously within a senior role.
  • Strong (English) written and oral communication skills.
