We are looking for a proactive and knowledgeable

CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) Executive

who has

hands-on experience

working with

government schemes, subsidies, and CSR initiatives

. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and managing CSR projects, ensuring alignment with eligible government programs, and liaising with relevant authorities to avail benefits/subsidies under various schemes.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and execute CSR projects aligned with organizational goals. Apply for and manage

government subsidies, grants, and schemes

related to CSR. Prepare documentation and reports required for scheme applications. Coordinate with NGOs, government departments, and other stakeholders. Ensure proper utilization and reporting of CSR funds. Maintain compliance with all regulatory CSR requirements

Key Skills & Experience:

2-4 years of experience in

CSR

, preferably with exposure to

government schemes and subsidies

. Strong understanding of

CSR law and government incentives (state/central level)

. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience with documentation, reporting, and compliance in CSR projects. Knowledge of working with NGOs and public-private partnership models is a plus.

Only candidates with 2-4 years of relevant experience in CSR, government schemes, or subsidies should apply. Freshers will not be considered.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
