We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join BPO Company as an Email and Chat Executive in the outsourcing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing email and chat communications with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring all inquiries are promptly addressed and resolved. Position: Customer Service Executive (Email and Chat) Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Qualification: HSC or above Salary: Upto 18k Shift: Rotational Shifts- 9 am to 9 pm (For girls) and 9 am to 11 pm (For boys) Requirements:

  • Good communication skills in English
  • Typing speed of 25 words per min and 80% accuracy
  • HSC with BPO experience
  • Graduate Freshers are also eligible
Responsibilities:
  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries and issues through email and chat platforms
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of customer information in the database
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving customer experience and operational efficiency
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Salary: \xe2\x82\xb914,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb918,000.00 per month Schedule:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)
Experience:
