Job Summary:

LMDmax is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our US Customer Support Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our US-based clients via phone, email, and chat. You'll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by resolving queries efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and live chats from US customers. Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical support. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer concerns. Document customer interactions accurately in CRM systems. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance KPIs and SLAs. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer support (preferably US process). Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Ability to work night shifts (US time zone). Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills. High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

Prior experience with e-commerce, SaaS, or telecom support is an advantage. Familiarity with remote desktop tools and technical troubleshooting.
