Customer Care Specialists

for our Hyderabad office. This is a

full-time, permanent position

where you will be supporting international customers through inbound calls. The role is focused on delivering excellent service, answering queries, and resolving customer concerns effectively.

Work Location:

Hitech City, Hyderabad

Compensation (Approx. In-Hand)

12-17 months exp.:

?25,000 during training | ?28,000 post-training

18-23 months exp.:

?26,000 during training | ?30,000 post-training

24+ months exp.:

?29,000 during training | ?32,000 post-training

Key Responsibilities

Handle

incoming customer calls

and resolve their issues with professionalism Assist with

billing, account, and service-related queries

Provide step-by-step support for

basic technical problems

Document call outcomes and follow company quality standards Ensure high customer satisfaction and meet performance targets

Who Can Apply

Minimum

1 year experience

in an international voice-based BPO role Graduate or Undergraduate candidates welcome Strong English communication skills (neutral accent preferred) Comfortable working in rotational US night shifts
