Customer Service Executive

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and phone in a timely and professional manner
Handle return, exchange, and refund requests, ensuring smooth resolution
Track and escalate order-related issues (delays, courier concerns, missing shipments)
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing empathetic and solution-oriented communication
Operations Support:
Coordinate daily order processing and fulfillment with warehouse team
Assist with quality check escalations and vendor coordination where needed
Generate and share reports on returns, exchanges, and operational performance
Support in process improvements to streamline operations and enhance efficiency
Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in customer service, operations, or e-commerce (preferred)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English & Hindi
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking ability
Familiarity with tools like Shopify, Uniware, Zoho, or similar platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
High level of empathy, patience, and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and take initiative

Pay: ₹20,392.60 - ₹32,654.80 per month
