We are hiring Telecallers who can speak Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada. The role includes helping customers with service-related queries for home appliances and consumer durable products.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls related to service, installation, warranty, and complaints. Provide correct information and resolve customer queries. Coordinate with field service teams and book service visits. Maintain call records, update CRM, and follow up regularly. Ensure customer satisfaction through professional support. Escalate unresolved cases to the concerned team.
Required Skills

Fluency in Telugu, Tamil, or Kannada. Good communication and listening skills. Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Office). Patience and customer-handling skills. Positive and professional attitude.
