Client Servicing Representative (US Voice Process)-NIGHTSHIFT Industry Type: CRM / Call Centres / BPO Designation: CSR / Sr. CSR Qualification: Minimum HSC Passed Experience: 6 months to 4 years Skills Required:

  • Negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of US Collection / Sales process.
  • Computer Literate.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Internet search.
  • Document Generation, Data Validation.
  • Making US Outbound calls, Accuracy with record keeping.
  • A responsible attitude.
  • Need to achieve team targets.
