Key Responsibilities
Greet customers and understand vehicle service or repair requirements
Open job cards and explain service processes, timelines, and costs
Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and spare parts teams
Update customers on service status and delays, if any
Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
Follow up after service for customer feedback and satisfaction
Maintain customer records and service history in the system
Promote service packages, AMC, and value-added services
