Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented CSR to join our support team. The ideal candidate will handle user queries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure our viewers enjoy a smooth and engaging experience on our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and calls in a timely and professional manner.
Assist users with account setup, subscription management, and content-related queries.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to streaming, app usage, or device compatibility.
Escalate unresolved issues to relevant teams while maintaining ownership of the customer experience.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and feedback in the CRM system.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve recurring issues.
Contribute to improving customer support processes and help create FAQs or knowledge base articles.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
6 months - 1 year of experience in customer support, preferably in OTT, media, or tech-related industries. Good Communication skills.
Basic troubleshooting skills and comfort with digital platforms and streaming services.
Strong problem-solving ability and a positive attitude toward customer satisfaction.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems or helpdesk tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
