We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Associates in the Airlines and Aviation BPO sector. This role involves providing exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience that aligns with the company's high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats related to flight bookings, cancellations, rescheduling, baggage inquiries, and other airline-related services.
Problem Resolution:
Efficiently address and resolve customer complaints while adhering to company policies.
Information Sharing:
Provide accurate details about flight schedules, pricing, promotions, and travel requirements.
Service Excellence:
Maintain professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
Compliance:
Ensure adherence to aviation regulations and company policies.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
Educational Qualification:
Minimum HSC/Graduate in any discipline.
Experience: 0- 1 year
Prior experience in customer service (preferably in airlines or aviation) is a plus.
Communication Skills:
Exceptional verbal and written communication in English; additional regional or international languages are an advantage.
Problem-Solving Ability:
Strong analytical and decision-making skills to handle challenging situations.
