- Job Roles & Responsibilities:


1. Handle inbound - outbound and Email customer quarry efficiently
2. Provide accurate information and support to resolve customer queries
3. Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
4. Follow call quality standards and achieve performance KPIs
5. Update CRM tools and ensure proper documentation of each interaction
6. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and service delivery

- Position Details:


Role: Customer Service - Voice (Blended Process)
Education: 12th Pass / Graduate
Work Days: 6 Days a Week (Sunday Off)
Shift Window: 10 AM - 8 PM (Any 8-hour shift)
Location: Navi Mumbai (Work from Office)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
