VOC Automotive India Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic Customer Relation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, addressing inquiries, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and resolve customer queries efficiently via calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance brand loyalty.
Provide product/service information and assist in resolving customer concerns.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service operations.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Assist in service, post-sales support and follow-ups.
Requirements:
Minimum Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any field.
Freshers & experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities.
