Handle customer queries via call, chat, or email regarding Blinkit services Provide prompt, accurate, and complete information to customers Resolve customer issues and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Escalate complex queries to the relevant department Maintain records of customer interactions Adhere to company policies and quality standards

Undergraduate or Graduate (Any Stream)

Experience:

Freshers and candidates with customer service experience can apply

Communication Skills:

Must have excellent English communication skills

Versant Level:

Minimum Versant Score of 5 required
