Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who can handle customer inquiries with professionalism and care. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem-solver, and team player who enjoys helping people and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies Resolve customer complaints in a calm and efficient manner Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions Follow up with customers to ensure issues are fully resolved Work closely with internal teams to improve service quality Meet performance targets related to response time and customer satisfaction
Requirements and Skills

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus) Previous experience in customer service or call center role preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong listening and problem-solving abilities Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems Professional attitude with a customer-first mindset
