Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our
Vehicle Insurance - Incoming Call Process
team. The role involves assisting Australian customers with their vehicle insurance queries while ensuring a high standard of service delivery and customer satisfaction. Its not a sales process. So no targets will be there.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer calls related to vehicle insurance policies and services.
Provide accurate and timely information while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Record customer interactions and update relevant details in internal systems.
Meet performance metrics related to quality, accuracy, and response time.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective issue resolution.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in an
international customer support (voice) process
.
Exceptional
verbal communication and interpersonal skills
.
Proven ability to handle customers professionally and efficiently.
Self-motivated with a customer-centric attitude.
Must own a
laptop or desktop system

headset/headphones
, and have a
stable internet connection
.
Flexibility to work
rotational shifts
(aligned with Australian time zones).
