Position: Customer Service Associate (Bengali Language)
Eligibility: Female Candidates (Married) & Male Candidates (Unmarried)

Location: Ludhiana ( preferred local candidates)
Timings: 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
Skills Required:
Good communication & convincing skills in Bengali
Basic knowledge of Email & MS-Excel
Experience: Freshers can apply
Responsibilities:
Contact potential/existing customers using scripts
Answer product/company-related queries
Understand customer needs and close sales
Direct qualified leads to field sales team
Update customer information in the database
Take & process orders accurately
Address customer complaints and maintain records
Conduct research to support lead generation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?120,000.00 - ?180,000.00 per year
