Key Responsibilities:
Handling inbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote life insurance products.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Key Skills:
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident, persuasive, and skilled in negotiation.
Strong sales orientation with a focus on achieving targets.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
Fresher to max 3 years of experience in telesales, customer service, or a related field.
Sal: 17k to 22k in hand +Bonus+ incentives
