We are seeking a passionate individual for the role of CSR Analyst to support the planning and implementation of Ford's community development initiatives. The role will involve program management, handling of budget outlays, data management, communication and driving employee volunteering across focus areas such as education, environment, health and safety, and humanitarian.
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in research, monitoring & evaluation, and a passion for driving positive social impact through corporate initiatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Program Development & Implementation

  • Assist in designing and rolling out CSR initiatives across focus areas (e.g., Education, Environment, Health & Safety and Humanitarian).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external NGO partners to ensure effective execution of programs.
2. Budget & Data Management
  • Support in managing CSR budgets, tracking expenditures, and raising payment requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of CSR activities, financial utilization, and impact metrics.
  • Assist in preparing data for CSR disclosures, annual reports, and compliance requirements.
3. Employee Volunteering
  • Design and coordinate employee volunteering programs to foster a culture of giving back.
  • Organize large-scale volunteering drives and manage employee volunteering data.
4. Monitoring & Evaluation
  • Track the progress and outcomes of CSR programs against defined KPIs.
  • Collect and analyze impact data to assess effectiveness and identify areas of improvement.
  • Undertake field visits with the internal teams to monitor the project performance.
5. Communication
  • Maintain internal CSR and employee volunteering sites.
  • Develop communication material to highlight CSR initiatives across internal and external platforms.
  • Promote awareness of CSR goals and achievements among employees and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Skills
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Development Practice, Rural Development, Sustainability, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in CSR, sustainability, or community development projects.
  • A passion for social impact, community service and sustainable development.
  • Strong knowledge of CSR trends, reporting standards, and relevant legal frameworks (e.g., Companies Act 2013 CSR rules etc).
  • Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and analyze program impact data.
