Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute CSR strategies and programs aligned with organizational goals. Plan and coordinate community engagement initiatives, volunteer activities, and sustainability campaigns. Conduct research on social and environmental issues relevant to the company's operations. Partner with NGOs, community groups, and government bodies to implement impact-driven projects. Monitor, measure, and report on the impact and effectiveness of CSR initiatives. Create awareness through social media, newsletters, and events about CSR efforts. Advocate for ethical business practices and help integrate CSR into company culture. Track industry trends and suggest innovative approaches to social responsibility. Ensure compliance with relevant local and international CSR standards (e.g., GRI, UN SDGs). Prepare annual CSR reports and present findings to senior management or stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Environmental Studies, Public Policy, Business, or related field (Master's preferred). Experience in CSR, sustainability, community development, or social advocacy. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders and community groups. Knowledge of sustainability reporting frameworks and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) principles is a plus. Passion for social justice, environmental sustainability, and ethical governance.

Work Environment:
