Role Overview
We are looking for a Chief Sales Officer (CSO) to lead and scale sales for a medical devices manufacturing company. The role will own revenue growth across four channels -- OEM/White-label, Doctor-led sales, Exports, and Government Tenders -- and work closely with the CEO and leadership team to build a sustainable, compliant, and scalable sales engine.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute overall sales strategy and revenue growth plan
Build and scale OEM / white-label partnerships
Drive doctor, hospital, and institutional sales
Lead international exports and distributor-led expansion
Handle government & PSU tenders end-to-end
Build and manage sales teams, distributors, and channel partners
Coordinate with production, quality, regulatory, and marketing teams
Track sales KPIs, forecasts, margins, and pipeline health
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and key client meetings
Candidate Profile
12-20+ years of sales leadership experience in medical devices / medical equipment
Strong exposure to OEM sales, institutional sales, exports, and tender business
Good understanding of medical device regulations and compliance
Experience working with ISO / regulated manufacturing environments
Strategic thinker with strong execution and negotiation skills
