CSOD Admin with a minimum of 2-3 year experience on configuration and administration.
Hands on Experience in Migrating existing training content into CSOD
Work closely with Onsite CSOD admin on migrations of content
Experience in working CSOD product support on tickets and issues.
Work on Service Now ticketing tool and record issues on day-to-day basis.
CSOD Implementation expertise is good to have skill
Integration experience with tools used by AJG (IBM Cast Iron or Adeptia) would be added advantage.
Very good communication skills as there would be lots of co-ordination in day-to-day basis.
