Job Description

This is a full-time (only female preferred) on-site role located in Bengaluru for a New Business Development professional. The role involves identifying and generating leads, building relationships with prospective clients, and developing innovative strategies to create sustainable business growth. Additional responsibilities include participating in sales presentations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of client needs and market trends.

Qualifications

Experience in strategic planning and business development

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer relations experience

Proficiency in research methods, market analysis, and lead generation

Sales, negotiation, and selling skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to client needs

Knowledge in direct sales and marketing will be an advantage

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
