About this opportunity:

Seize the chance to be part of a vibrant, global team as an MS Core and Cloud Specialist at Ericsson. This pivotal position is key to offering technological leadership, expertise, and continuous support throughout the complete cycle, which includes Create, Sustain, and Evolve. Our focus areas include CS Core, PS Core, IMS, IP Core, and Cloud. This role plays an integral part in Managed Services deliveries, reflecting the standards set by the Ericsson Operations Engine.

What you will do:

Offer unique Core and Cloud domain expertise to Domain Support and Automated Operations teams. Provide input and knowledge to the Automation and Analytics teams to support relevant use cases. Develop and maintain solutions for automation use case candidates, while investigating potential problem sources. Enhance recovery processes, making them more efficient and effective. Develop and consistently improve automated Service Delivery methodologies. Conduct trend analyses to proactively identify possible failures, ensuring timely restoration and repair.
