The incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, as well as strong technical troubleshooting skill and communication skill.Job Functions:

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow CSM solutions, Service portal, reporting, etc.

• Design, develop, and support integration between ServiceNow CSM and other applications

• Provide consultation to customer users on technologies, data, and processes

• Serve as a key team member in ServiceNow CSM support team

• Support and enhance ServiceNow CSM module

• Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders

• Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions

• Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outrage, system maintenance, testing, and etc.

• Remain current with industry trends in order to advise, advocate, and implement solutions

• Bachelor's/Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering

• At least 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow CSM support, implementation and enhancements

• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow CSM

• Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow CSM, Service portal, integration, reporting

• Excellent knowledge and experience in Javascript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, etc.

• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions

• Proven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks

• Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands

• Excellent analytical and time management skills

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English

• Strong stakeholder relationship building skills

• Strong project management skills
