Role Overview:

We are on the hunt for a highly skilled communicator with proven experience in handling B2B processes. The ideal candidate will bring strong professional communication abilities, excellent client-handling skills, and the maturity to work across teams and senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and streamline B2B communication across clients and internal teams. Build and maintain professional relationships with partners and stakeholders. Support business processes with timely coordination and clear reporting. Ensure smooth project flow through effective communication and follow-ups. Collaborate with senior management on strategy and execution.

Requirements:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal & written). Proven experience in a B2B process (3-6 years preferred). Ability to remain calm, rational, and professional in high-pressure situations. Good problem-solving and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Shift & Working Days:

UK Process timings:

10:30 AM - 7:30 PM IST

5 days working + 2 alternate Saturdays
