1:30 PM - 10:30 PM (UK Shift)

5 days a week + 2 alternate Saturdays

We are looking for a Customer Support Executive to handle UK-based customers through
voice and chat support
. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via
calls and chat
Provide accurate information and timely resolutions to customer issues
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions and update records accurately
Follow process guidelines and quality standards
Escalate complex issues when required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Very good communication skills in English (verbal and written)
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working in UK shift hours
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
Ability to multitask between voice and chat support
Customer-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in BPO / Customer Support (Voice or Chat) is a plus
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome
