Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Executives to join our team. The role involves handling customer interactions and ensuring a smooth, professional support experience.
Shift Timing - 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM ( Fixed Shift)
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally .
Resolve customer queries, concerns, and complaints via calls and chats.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
Provide clear and correct information about products/services
Ensure customer satisfaction by following service standards
Eligibility Criteria
Education: 12th Pass (Graduates preferred)
Good communication skills in English & Hindi
Basic computer knowledge
Customer-oriented attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
