Job Title: Customer Support Executive - Email & Chat Process


Location: Noida, Sector 143 (Work from Office)


Salary: ?2.7 LPA - ?3.2 LPA (Based on experience and last drawn CTC)



We are hiring for the Domestic Email and Chat Support process in Noida. The role involves handling customer queries through written communication, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining a professional tone.

Eligibility Criteria:


- Education: Undergraduate / Graduate / Postgraduate
- Experience: 6-12 months in BPO (Customer Service) - Mandatory
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written English (Neutral accent, no MTI/RTI)
- Skills: Good typing speed, accuracy, and computer proficiency
- Working Days: 5 days/week | 2 rotational week-offs
- Transport: Cab facility during odd hours (7 PM - 6 AM)

Virtual (HR + Ops + Versant Rounds)
Versant test to be conducted in-office, Noida Sector 143
