Key Responsibilities



Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, chat, or other channels. Troubleshoot product or service issues and guide customers toward effective solutions. Escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams when needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using our support software. Provide feedback to improve processes, documentation, or customer experience. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.
