Customer Support Executive/Customer Relationship Executive
with a minimum of 2 years of experience in
CSE/CRE
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Actively seek out new sales opportunities and follow up on leads
Present and promote products/services to potential clients
Negotiate/close deals and handle objections
Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure high levels of client satisfaction
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/services
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Submit reports and forecasts to management as required
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Mandatory).
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in
Sales
role (B2B or inside sales).
Proven track record of successful sales performance
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred)
