Job Overview



We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our team at our Dadar office. If you enjoy assisting people and have an interest in the telecom or travel sector, this could be the right opportunity for you. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as complete training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities



Assist customers with queries related to SIM card setup, usage, and issue resolution. Handle customer communication via chat, email, phone, and social media in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate, helpful, and customer-friendly solutions to ensure a positive customer experience. Maintain availability for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements

Graduates with a degree in

BCom, BMS, BBA, or any Sales/Marketing discipline

. Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in customer service (experience in telecom or travel industries is an added advantage). Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Ability to adapt and perform effectively in a fast-paced work environment. Good problem-solving skills with a strong customer-first attitude.
