We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-centric
Customer Support Executive
to join our growing team in Malad. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to handle customer interactions with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities Customer Interaction & Support
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chat support.
Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues within defined timelines.
Provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service.
Issue Resolution
Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
Follow up with customers to ensure complete issue resolution.
Data & Documentation
Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
Update CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
Generate and share customer feedback reports as required.
Team Coordination & Communication
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, technical support) to resolve customer concerns.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Service Quality
Meet daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics (AHT, CSAT, SLA, FCR).
Adhere to company policies, scripts, and communication guidelines.
Maintain professionalism and a customer-first approach at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline (preferred).
1-3+ years of experience in customer support (voice).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if applicable).
