Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers with inquiries regarding SIM card activation, usage, and troubleshooting.
Respond promptly to customer queries via chat, email, phone, and all other channels, including social media.
Provide clear and accurate information to resolve customer issues and enhance their experience.
Maintain availability for rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements:
Freshers or 1-2 years of experience in customer service (preferably in telecommunications or travel-related sectors).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude.
