Graduate in Business / Commerce or related field.
0-3 years of experience in client handling / account management (freshers with strong communication are welcome).
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel & PowerPoint for reports and presentations.
Problem-solving mindset with adaptability to dynamic business needs.
Ability to take ownership and deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Be the main point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring long-term trust and engagement.
Conduct regular calls with business owners to track strategy execution.
Spot execution gaps or delays and help clients with solutions.
Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams for smooth workflows.
Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and presentations.
Work closely with the Customer Success Manager and internal teams to drive satisfaction.
Take ownership of accounts with proactive follow-ups and performance tracking.
Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs and success goals
