Key Responsibilities
Manage account opening processes and related documentation.
Coordinate with clients to collect required information and resolve queries.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
Provide support to the back-office team in day-to-day activities.
Maintain client records and update databases as required.
Required Qualifications
Graduate in any stream (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good attention to detail and organizational ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
Ability to handle client interactions professionally
Experience
Fresher or candidates with prior experience in similar roles can apply.
