Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions and resolutions.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues promptly.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and meet quality.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in customer service or call center operations (
inbound and outbound calling experience preferred
).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure.
Basic computer literacy (experience with CRM or call-management software is an added advantage).
