Customer Support Executives
. In this role, you will handle customer queries, provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats professionally.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions.
Escalate unresolved queries to the concerned department for quick resolution.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering prompt and effective support.
Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and customer feedback.
Requirements
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
Strong communication skills in English and regional languages (Kannada preferred).
Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with MS Office and CRM tools.
Freshers are welcome; prior customer service experience is an added advantage.
