Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via email, chat, and calls in a professional and timely manner.
Assist clients with onboarding, setup, and usage of our services.
Troubleshoot common issues and escalate technical problems to the concerned team.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback.
Provide product demonstrations and guide customers through features when needed.
Collaborate with developers, sales, and marketing teams to improve customer experience.
Work towards achieving high customer satisfaction and retention rates.
Skills Required
Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English and Hindi.
Ability to understand SaaS platforms, websites, or digital services.
Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
Basic knowledge of website hosting, domains, or SaaS products (preferred).
Familiarity with CRM tools, ticketing systems, or chat support platforms is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
