What You'll Do:

3. Track and Log Interactions: Maintain accurate records of customer conversations and follow up as necessary.
4. Deliver Timely Solutions: Offer the right solutions to resolve issues and create happy customers.
5. Collaborate for Success: Work closely with your team to escalate and solve more complex issues.
6. Achieve Excellence: Meet performance metrics like call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates.
What We're Looking For:

inimum Qualifications: A Graduate (any stream).
? Experience: 0 - 5 years of customer support experience (freshers welcome!).
? Skills: Strong communication, patience, and problem-solving skills.
? Mindset: A customer-first attitude and a drive for continuous improvement.
? Availability: Ready to work a 6-day week during the day shift.
