We are looking for a

female Customer Support Executive

who can confidently manage

customer calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries

. The candidate should have good communication skills and a friendly personality to handle both

product sales and workshop-related queries

.

This role requires someone who understands customer needs, provides correct information, and helps convert inquiries into sales.

Job Responsibilities

Handle

customer calls

and inquiries Respond to customers on

WhatsApp, Instagram, and email

Explain products, workshops, and pricing clearly Assist with

orders, payments, and delivery queries

Follow up with leads and customer inquiries Support basic

social media DMs and comments

Requirements

Female candidate preferred

Good communication skills in

Hindi & English

Confident in talking to customers on calls Basic knowledge of

social media platforms

Customer-friendly attitude Basic computer knowledge

Experience

Freshers can apply Customer support or sales experience is a plus

Salary

?8000 - ?15000 per month (Based on skills & experience)
