Key Responsibilities
Ensure all customer complaints and queries are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Manage post-purchase customer experiences to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Support the sales process through appropriate add-on sales, maintaining a non-pressuring approach.
Maintain accurate and updated customer records in the system.
Achieve and maintain a conversion rate of
80% or higher

Requirements
