Handle inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chat support. Understand customer queries and provide appropriate solutions. Maintain customer interaction records and update databases. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complaints or issues. Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution. Provide accurate product/service information to clients. Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships. Meet performance targets (response time, resolutions, feedback, etc.).
