Job Responsibilities:-



Answer incoming calls and respond to customer queries in a timely and courteous manner. Make outbound calls to customers for feedback, verification. Resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex problems to the appropriate department when needed. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools. Meet individual and team performance targets such as call handling time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality benchmarks. Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies. Adhere to call center scripts, compliance standards, and internal guidelines.

Preference:-Male/Female(Tamil and Marathi)



Qualification:- Any Graduate



Skill:-Strong phone and verbal communication skills



Experience:-1 Year



Salary:-13,000 - 16,000(PM)
