Job Timing:
9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer queries politely and efficiently
Inform customers about new offers and promotions
Explain product benefits clearly
Maintain customer satisfaction and provide quality service
Update customer interactions in the system
Follow communication guidelines and company procedures
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi, English, Marathi preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to communicate professionally with customers
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Qualifications:
HSC / Graduate
Freshers & experienced candidates can apply
