Job Description

Looking for a perceptive customer relations executive who can create a premium experience for the clientele. Must be well-versed in formal, written and oral communication. This is a full-time job, based in Mahalaxmi, Mumbai. The candidate will be required to handle chat and voice processes on a daily, along with walk-in clients. A quick learner who can grasp extensive product knowledge and convey it organically to convert inquiries to sales is required. The role involves extensively coordinating with various internal departments for order processing, payment confirmation, invoice generation, etc. Clear communication and multi-tasking abilities are a must. As the candidate will be the sole point of contact with the client, the information conveyed needs to be error-free, accurate, whilst always being polite. Any issues and grievances must be attended to on the earliest with personal attention given to all cases, at no point shall this be compromised. Store and inventory management skills are a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: 918,000.00 - 927,000.00 per month Schedule:
