Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
- Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve complaints in a professional manner
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Meet and exceed customer service targets and metrics
Requirements:

Graduate
degree in any field (Passing Year should be 2022 to 2025 only)

1 Year BPO/Sales Experienced required

Excellent English communication
skills (written and verbal)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic

Salary:

Up to ₹30,000 per month (CTC) also it varies according to previous experience and location wise.
