Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Executive with at least 2 years of experience in handling customer interactions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first mindset to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner. Resolve customer queries, complaints, and requests efficiently and effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update CRM systems. Provide information about products, services, policies, and procedures. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up until resolution. Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to enhance satisfaction. Collect and share customer feedback to improve overall service quality.

Requirements:



Minimum 2 years of experience as a Customer Service Executive or in a similar role. Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle customer concerns with patience, empathy, and professionalism. Basic computer knowledge. Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail. Ability to work in a team and handle pressure situations.
