We are looking for a highly skilled CSDM Architect to assess and enhance our customer's Common Service Data Model (CSDM) implementation. The ideal candidate will:
Review and validate the customer's CSDM setup, including data models, relationships, and configurations, ensuring alignment with ServiceNow best practices.
Analyze the current-state CMDB, service mappings, and data structures to identify gaps or misalignments.Provide expert recommendations to optimize design, governance, and data quality.Guide the correct adoption of the CSDM framework to ensure a scalable, compliant, and industry-aligned architecture.Develop and present proposals to onboard additional business areas into the CSDM framework.Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Key Requirements
> Strong expertise in ServiceNow and CSDM best practices.
> Proven experience analyzing and optimizing CMDB and service mapping.
> Ability to identify architectural gaps and propose scalable solutions.
> Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
> Experience in drafting strategic proposals and driving CSDM adoption across business units.
