Key Skills:

>Knowledge of Refrigeration with exposure to planning and installation of cold rooms.

>Project management skills - selection of units and the required installation accessories, and knowledge of Heat load calculations

>Costing Skills, Resolution for technical troubleshooting

>Interpersonal and Negotiation Skills

>Basic knowledge of Auto CAD



Key Responsibility:

>Responsible for end-to-end completion of low side work (This includes Planning, coordinating with materials department, raise PR and ICO to the factory) as per the contract


>Responsible for providing drawings to the customers and taking necessary approvals

>Carry out Installation audits to comply with the Safety and Quality Standards

>Conduct a timely training programme for the channel and associates for skill upgradation

>Release work orders, control installation costs within the budgeted value and ensure timely payments to vendors and collection of low side payments from the Customers.

>Support NAD team in timely site visits, estimation and post delivery installation process.

>Track, monitor and ensure closure of escalations

>Develop new associates to ensure timely installation and handing over of the sites
